Our solution for your plastic
With our high-purity CALCIT fillers from Heidenheim, we offer our customers products that have a very low abrasiveness and a significantly lower tendency to plating. Good dispersibility and good flow behaviour enable optimised processing as well as high filling levels in our customers' finished products. In addition, our bright white Saxolith® extra grades from the Ore Mountains offer possibilities to produce coloured or white plastic compounds.
Plastics
Due to the natural composition of our deposit, we are able to manufacture products that are characterised by a particularly low abrasiveness. Whether you are a PVC, PU or TPE manufacturer, our CALCIT grades will protect your extruders and tools. In addition to our products from the Swabian Alb, we also offer our bright white Saxolith® extra grades from the Erzgebirge for customers who manufacture white products.
Rubber
In addition to their low abrasiveness, our fillers made of high-purity calcite offer further advantages in the field of rubber. Here our mircofine fillers show a particularly low susceptibility to the so-called plating, the material adhesion to the nozzles of your extruders. By using our CALCIT products, you not only protect your extruders, but also increase your productivity by preventing plating.
